• Make sure when your swing set arrives that you look to make sure all parts have arrived in perfect condition. It is possible for swing sets to get damaged during shipping and shipping claims must be made within a week of delivery. It is in your best interest to ask the delivery driver to go through your entire shipment at time of delivery. This way you can refuse any damaged shipment or at the very least ask, the driver to note any missing pasts or damage on the Bill of Lading.


• Make sure you have a suitable place prepped for assembly. Depending on which swing set you purchase will determine what type of space you will need. The more level the area is the better.


• When assembling your swing set, the key is organization. The more organized you can stay the quicker and easier the assembly process will go. We have talked to customers who are able to decrease there assembly time in half by organizing all of their parts prior to assembly
